Other investigative techniques have been exhausted and the case has been officially declared a cold case.
Compliance
The crime complies with the state rules of GEDmatch and/or FTDNA.
Type of Crime
The crime is a homicide, sexual assault or otherwise meets DOJ criteria.
DNA Confirmed
The DNA is from the putative perpetrator or an unidentified homicide victim.
